Today, an official shooting schedule was released which provided us with the exact details, scene by scene of what was happening each day. It also provided us with time schedules, actors required and props. This helps me and my audio colleagues as the props used give us an insight of what foley and spot effects may be required later on. It also provides a far greater overview which will be helpful to look over when we are unsure of the details on a specific day.

Before we start filming we were required to sign a copyright release form. This was important as it provided the media group the knowledge that we are willing to hand over all our resources to them free of copyright. This means that if the film is successful it can be entered into festivals without them having to worry about licensed music and sound files. It is also prominent for us as there is a declaration in the file that states that Luke, Ben and I are the owners of the copyrighted material so it also protects us from copyright in the future.
